· Submit Application order to get Environmental Acceptance
· Proceed field investigation on project site.
· Demonstrate for central licensing committee
· introduce approval decision or elementary approval to demonstrate for upper organization counsel ,or not approved, or demand for environmental impact study.
· According to environmental impact study result of approval or not will taken in decision.
· Exist conditions to get the service.
· harmony of project nature with general policy for the country.
· Completion of required documents
· Applicability of condition and standards with existing regulations.
· Required documents to get survives.
· organized site sketch: produced or issued by municipality engineering Department if the site is outside organized boundary and issued from concerned municipality if site inside organized boundary.
· Land sketch issued by department of land and survey.
· Land coordinates issued by department of land and survey.
· Industrial technical information report for industrial project(requested from ministry filled by investor)
· Financial receipt for paid requested charge.
· Applying procedure to get service:
· issuing environmental acceptance decision for project from minister according to coordination of central licensing committee or environmental impact assessment committee
· addressing to licensing part (municipalities, greater municipality of Amman, engineering municipality department) for completion of licensing procedure
